In order to strengthen the facilities made available to the Agency and its staff by the host country, the Togolese Government has provided a two-storey office building. This space located at Rue de la Paure (Super Taco), Lom , Togo, is a friendly working environment for the staff of the NIDA who integrated it at the end of January 2013. Before this move, the NIDA was housed within the MOF TOGO Bank for Investment and Development.

This action by the Togolese Government reinforces the institutional support of the development partners who are committed to assisting MOF TOGO in the establishment of the Agency by financing the staffing, operation and equipment of the Agency.
